Return & Exchange Window:
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Size Exchanges:
We offer one complimentary size exchange on regular-priced products, subject to stock availability.
Returns:
For regular-priced products, a ₹99 return pickup fee per pair will be deducted from your refund.
Product Condition:
Returned footwear must be unused, unworn outdoors and returned in its original condition with the
box, packaging and tags intact. Products showing signs of wear, sole marks, stains or damage may not
be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or return at no additional cost.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed once the returned product reaches us and passes our quality check. The approved amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges and COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
